Rod Patrick Bootmakers® warrants their boots for one year (starting on the purchase date with original proof of receipt) against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear or misuse and abuse. Boots that have been altered by stretching, resoling, re-heeling, cutting, painting, adding zippers or any other alteration, prevent us from determining if the boots are defective in materials or workmanship, and for this reason, cannot be considered for credit, repair or replacement.
While leather boots are water resistant, they are not waterproof. Prolonged exposure to water will damage the leather components of the boots and the warranty will be voided.
Because our leathers are natural products, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine leathers and add to the aesthetics and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of our boots. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Reasonable cleaning, conditioning and care are essential with all Rod Patrick Bootmakers® boots. If you feel you purchased a defective pair of Rod Patrick Bootmakers® Boots and would like the boots to be inspected for possible defects in material or workmanship, we request you first return the product to the dealer from whom you originally purchased the boots for initial inspection. If the dealer deems the product is covered under the 'Manufacturer's Limited Warranty; they can send the product to the Rod Patrick Bootmakers® facility for further evaluation.
